BrewLAN is a mod for Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance that has been in on and off development by a team of one for almost a decade. It adds a wide variety of new units for all factions, as well as offering several new game modes and features. The core design goals for the mod are simple; to add new, interesting, and visually aesthetic units which complement those already in existence and to maximise technical compatibility with other mods.

It's pretty comparable to the Absolver. The name as it currently stands is Othismash. Based on othismos, the Hoplite shield formation thing.

(Hoplon, Hoplomach gladiator, Spartan Sarrisa, Corinth helmet,Falanx etc references).
As long as it does not have anything to do with that joke of a name for SupCom 2 Aeon stuff like "Pulinsmash" experimental,

It was originally going to be the name for just the projectile, but it ended up getting applied to the unit as well.

Shield Disruptor (cannon) just like for Absolver projectile.
Though Othis is not hover amphibious to counter Bulwark, Asylum and other hover heavy mobile/static shields on water as Athanah/Athanuthe, experimental shields or maybe it works specially against Recoil?
Unless it outranges even Absolver/matches the range with Toxotes.
Of course, the EMP effect is nice too, to have.
Just found out that single T1 Transports can carry six T3 Absolvers :D
