Please note that the factions relations on this screenshot is not final; every faction will have 1-5 enemies. (Why not all evil vs all good? Because the Warband engine makes peace treaties very common when nations have too much enemies.)

I think it is better this way. It is boring to have diplomacy locked like TLD

At the same time it's not fitting for a lotr mod for example to have Sauron make peace with one of the realms of the free people. That's what I like about TLD, that it tries to follow lore as much as possible

Sons_Of_Durin is an amazing modder, so he shared a version he has done for the map with you?
Also, will there only be a change in the map, or will the scenes be changed as well, so when I enter Minas Tirith it will actually look like Minas Tirith and not like a war band town?
I know it will take ages to do the map, but I am interested to know whether the scenes will be changes.

So basically the system is good vs evil but not all of them facing each other at once like TLD?

yep, but I think it's still okay... I mean you could hardly imagine a Bree-folk vs. Mumakils of Harad battle anyway :D

The odds are clear - the possibility to happen is what I deny ;)

I've seen some other mods that are able to keep wars between certain factions persistent. Do you think you are able to incorporate that into your mod, or is that something that's just too advanced?

Another thought: is it possible to just add a cheat menu that determines who is at war with who?
