The Lost-Soldiers BF2 Community invites you all to the upcoming yearly BF2 Winter Event which will be held on January 22nd starting 18:00 UTC (live countdown) on the Lost-Soldiers.org | Winter Event server in London.
If you don't see the server after launching the mod, you have to play with the "Game Mode" filter at the top-right of the server browser (otherwise join by IP: bf2.lost-soldiers.org:12000). Additionally avoid playing on Low Terrain video setting, as some maps will crash otherwise.
We'll play several winter-themed custom maps which have been added to the Arctic Warfare Mod, so be sure to download the re-pack from our download page. The mod creator himself will attend the event and play with the rest of us, so don't miss out!

Hey, guys, I know, I know, this thread is virtually dead. Need some help, though. Long time BF2 player, have several mods I play regularly, specifically AIX 2.0 & Nations At War. Loaded Arctic Warfare 2 days ago, played 1 map, then removed it. Used uninstaller given in the downloads from MODDB. Now, I can't play BF2. Loads fine, launches background to different soldier roles, but I can't see the loadouts, the map, but I can hear the commander...then I see the battle unfold in front of me, but I can't move, can't see my weapon, nothing. Any idea what got fouled up as a result of that install & removal? Thank you kindly.
We hosted a "Christmas Event" using this mod, the past year, with additional custom maps loaded inside of it. We will be doing it again this year, so stay tuned! Event announcement @ Lost-soldiers.org
