I was surprised to discover that a fair number of the AA and artillery mech units assigned to the original game simply did not exist... or existed on a provisional basis. the Soviets never appear to have had a mobile flak halftrack like the one we see in the original game. they did have lots of machine guns mounted on flatbed trucks. so we've replaced the non-historical default AA mechs for a couple of different countries. the Soviets still have access to AA halftracks... but it will only be the quad-50-caliber types that are with the US faction after they research Lend Lease technology.
the Japanese didn't really have an AA mech that I could find. so we went with a flatbed truck with an autocannon on it.
the Dutch had what amounted to a maxim gun mounted on a flatbed as their standard mobile light AA weapon.
