this scene depicts the player attempting to land on hostile shores. the player has unwittingly unpacked his Corps HQ near a network of concealed Japanese infantry caves. nearby Landing Ship Medium (Rocket) are providing fire-support to fend off the freshly summoned Japanese infantry. theharkonnen really outdid himself and made a fantastic new code to make these ships work. what you see here is a trial run for some of the features I'd like to use on a new Okinawa SP map.
having infantry caves that are invisible on radar AND allow for JPN infantry ambushes is something I've been wanting for a long time. it should be a perfect addition for some revised Iwo Jima and Okinawa SP maps.
Where's the cave model from, out of curiosity?
Need moa Infantry!!! :D
the cave model is from Kohan II. these two games have nearly identical code-- so most models can be switched back and forth relatively easy.
BTW, why is there a number at the top of most of your pics? Is this a clock?
yeah, that's the clock. I always keep the clock activated during game play to help me analyze things afterwards.
Is there an option for that? I never realized that was available.
Huh, I can't believe I overlooked that this whole time.
