these guys have gotten a big upgrade from the original game. you can actually use Banzai in large numbers to defeat heavy tanks. it works better if you combine them with AT infantry and mechs to paralyze the enemy tanks so the Banzai infantry can finish the job. they're still cannon-fodder for snipers and artillery, though.
