this is basically the Hungarian equivalent of a conscript regiment. lower defense values and attack values-- but cheaper recruit cost. I used the Italian blackshirt model as the basis for this new unit. the recruit cost is $40 instead of $50.
for those who are curious-- the defense value of each unit w/o upgrades is zero.
