Alpha Project is a Battlefield 2 modification which goals are to bring back all the features that were left out in the retail game. The gameplay style of the mod is a mixture of arcade and realism.

NO ****!?! By the way JONES, maybe you can also use some other textures for the XM8. This seems most likely for woodland, but I think there should also be a default and desert one.
If you play the mappack you will see there is a desert version in it :)

Yes i know thats right, actualy the mappack maps are extra content not to be featured in the mainreleases, and those specialweapons are only for fun, basicly the mod is not only about retrieving alpha features but also making the game more fun and adding more content to it without getting to far away from vanilla battlefield 2 :)
The customization system is also basicly only a way to have a biger array of weapons to choose from also without getting to extreme!

Glad to hear that :D By the way, to everyone else here. If you see a comment with negative thumbs and you don't know why, don't do the same just because you feel like being with the crowd. That is the main reason comments get buried, because of insecure trollers.

For some reason I don't like your new maps... maybe they're too short. I'm still waiting for the update though, really want to check out the weapon customization system, the SOFLAM and (possibly) new maps.
lol?? Those maps are not new, people are instantly asking for my old maps to get it into a mappack this is what they get if you dont like it you dont need to play it.

The XM8 seems to empty it's mag rather quickly, maybe it's just me, i'm not sure of the ROF, feel free to correct me, i'm probably wrong lol
