I plan to make a system like in MW2, when you first deploy your weapon you pull the bolt and later you don't, I think it is possible and very simple

Too right, I think no government should have ANY control of the internet, internet is something much more abstract and worldwide that a country, it's common to all people. Now I only hope that Polish government will refuse to ratify ACTA and the president won't sign that dumb thing. What I hate about ACTA most is that it's been in works since 2007 and we didn't know A THING about it.
