Description
I was thinking about the Hutt Cartel, and one thing I did not like about how they are in the base game, is that they are basically re-named pirates--to the point that they even shared the same color. So I gave them their own color to give them more autonomy, and I did work on their units a bit more.
They will also be in some GC's outside of campaign now. If they are apart of a GC, they will always be in and or around Hutt Space.
