the question is what program do you use to add different equipment to the game, for example, the eclipse venator and so on
I apologize for super slow response. You probably have already received a response to your question by now. If not, I use Notepad to code in the models. Access the correct XML file to change stats and how you want the unit to be in game. Again, sorry for the super slow response.
