I remember that someone wanted to make a LOTR mod for AoE III before, but it was never finished. Only screenshots. So I hope this will make it beyond screenshots, especially considering how popular the LOTR mod for AoE II: TC is (and LOTR mods for any game are quite popular in general, just look at Divide and Conquer for MTW II or The Last Days for M&B and Warband).
