Concentrating on the late medieval period, Age of Chivalry: Hegemony replaces or significantly alters each of the civilizations in the original game, while adding a number of new ones, allowing the player to control Central and Western European states. Many new units and technologies have been added and gameplay dynamics have been changed considerably in this complete overhaul of Age of Empires II.

Can't wait for the next release !

Also, I've got problems with the AI, am I just a noob or is it really difficult ? I can't manage to military win, I've always won by relics or Wonder ;p

Just don't let your town center idle, build tons of castles and walls and then boom like crazy, then pump out tons of rams etc.

That's what I do, and it works! :D As I said, don't let your town center idle and you'll be fine.

Creating tons and tons of peasants ???
Anyway I don't have much problem to defend myself (as i said i've already won by defending all the relics and Wonder) but when attacking even with a huge army of knights and arbalesters the computer still defeat me with lots and lots of skirmishers (which seem pretty op btw).

I guess i'll have to play more and more to improve myself ;p

You can't create a military force without economy. After you got a stable economy there is pretty much nothing stopping you, you just gotta build a lot of siege units, otherwise attacking a town center with knights isn't very practical... if you want to play multiplayer with me PM me :) Also you need to counter the enemy units. If you see the AI making Skirmishers, why not make cavalry to quickly kill them ? etc. etc.

EDIT: Oh sorry, didn't read your comment very well, you said you make a huge army but still lose, well then yes, you got to improve yourself :D

Scorpions are not very effective except vs monks and mangonels are better vs ships than land armies, their AoE also hurts your own melee. I usually go for a mix of units involving skirmishers, swordsman, spearman and light cavalry (and their respective replacement units). After I win a significat battle I just go crazy on super cheap Spearman and skirmisher along with rams and more light cavalry to just cost-effectivly outnumber anything the enemy can spam without spending my gold, wich I can invest in monks, ships, faction uniques or knights to control group and eliminate the small but troublesome concentrations that the enemy will amass in the back of the base for a counterattack.
