But antagonists need a strong, powerful visual. Something like Pyramid Head of Silent Hill 2.
I mean, this guy looks creepy as hell, but he just looks like a normal enemy. I'm not suggesting that he needs a big head, though. That'd be awkward.
The antagonist, as I earlier stated, just needs a powerful display. Something that psychologically and visually tells you, that he is THE MAN.

So about the painkiller boss. That acturally sounds like a good idea. Like a giant pill bottle or a zombie guy that has the words Pain-KILLER!! on their shirt. Nahhhh... thats too goofy. But still I think a "Pain Killer Company boss guy" a good way to end AoM DC.
There is a boss on the 4th ending on AoMDC. It's David that looks like a zombie. I call him "David's evil twin brother".
This "Boss" would have to be pretty ****** up and mutated or something, because fighting a normal guy in any kinda combat doesn't sound like it'd be to scary. Maybe an endgame movie of one or the final/secret ending where David lives and takes revenge on the president or doctor who put him through such a disturbing and life change event that could have potentially killed him.
That'd sound too fairytale-ish, though.
It's like 'vengeance fulfilled, main guy gets his peace, bad guy dies'.
The Gladiator had a great story. AoM doesn't need Maximus' strives.
