These mutators allow when enabled to have new adrenaline combos to use during botmatches and if they work on multiplayer as a multiplayer mutator. Not all of them work as an online mutator and they probably never do as some of these mutators are old and the original creator left them in that state.
All the mutators have been developed by several people here and there; each file are included with the original's author credits and stuff
For now the mutators are the following
-Explosive Diarrhea (EDCombo)
-Slow Motion
