A new war rages between Israel and Syria, while the USA and China continue to fight against the GLA, turning the local Mid-East crisis into A GLOBAL CRISIS. "A_Global_Crisis" brings Israel and Syria (from the Mideast Crisis total conversion mod made by Isotx, with their permission) into C&C Zero Hour, with all of the original C&C ZH factions, campaigns and Generals challenge missions, BUT with some great new changes like realistic artwork and new units + an additional United-Nations Boss General!

Wow, so is the boss general part of the United Nations or something? Isn't that their logo thingy?

Yup. That's the UN logo alright... :p
But I'd like to keep it as a little surprise. ;-)

There's full AI support for all the factions (USA, GLA, China, Israel and Syria), except for the U.N. which has AI support only for the last mission in the Generals Challenge mode.

Sorry. Never heard of this mod. :/
This superweapon structure already exists in normal Zero-Hour but wasn't available for use. :P
I merely enabled it and made it available for the UN Boss General. ;-)

As I said earlier, the Tomahawk Storm was already made by EA in the original Zero-Hour game but wasn't available for use.
All I did was to enable this structure for the UN Boss General use (with slight modifications).
So it is likely to see this structure in other mods as well (like Progen. and Destructive-Forces).

Well… Maybe it's not really original but…

IMO the Tomahawk-Storm is simply much more suitable for the UN Boss General than their original GLA Scud Storm. So since it already exists in the original Zero-Hour game files – enabling it was simply an easy thing to do.
…I don't have to be original in everything, do I?! ;-)

After all, the most important thing is: it's fun and people like it! : )

That would be overpowered though, then again, the Tomahawk Storm doesn't do much damage..

True, is very hard to use effectively, except against vehicles and units
