It works on Vista and 7, at least the version on GamersGate.
I advise you to get either that one, or the Steam version.
GamersGate just installs the game, doesn't ask you to run a service to start it.

Of course I have. You are already using sculpts for normalmap projection for your characters, why not do the same for environment art? It is just as important.

Get some better reference, sculpt some stalagtites in zbrush, and decorate.

Marines vs CSM, almost symmetrical teams? Demons and planetary bombardment powerups. A lot can be done there.
