According to this news bulletin from June 2015 61% (22/36) from the Act 2 missions are complete with 56% complete from "Side Project" which is probably the 4th side who wasn't revealed yet back then which was confirmed to have its own missions!
Over a year has passed since then so it's very likely that that campaign is near finishing stages or maybe even finished already and now the MO team is working on other stuff, who knows.

BTW I really wonder how the Foehn's campaign will play and if we will see the Allies and the Soviets united at some part again vs Yuri like they were in the end of YR :D

1 thing is sure when it will be released it will be the best mod for YR out there ever made!

I might not be able to answer your question since im not part of the MO team but just let me correct you that China and the PF are NOT allies anymore, Play the Epsilon campaign to find out why since I don't wanna reveal spoilers.
Oh and also im not sure that the US is held up in Alaska simply because they were defeated and their remnants joined the PF and the EA so I think that the US is completely controlled now by the Soviets but I might be wrong... Guess we will find out in Act 2.

It will be kinda nice to see remade missions from the original TD playing maybe the opposite way like some missions in the YR mod Mental Omega, I mean instead of playing GDI for example in an original mission you will be playing as NOD.

I have a question:
Will the Twisted Dawn campaigns be just a remake of the original Tiberian Dawn ones or will it be something completely new with an alternate storyline as a prequel to Twisted Insurrection? :)

If I remember right it was said that there will be 3 acts in total and if every act has 12 missions then there will be 108 missions in the final release (Unless there will be a change of plans)

Yep I checked and there were no GT units or structures left on the map, Also the minimap is buggy on this mission since the blue GT spots appear all over the minimap even though they were destroyed.

I think you should take a look and see for yourself.
