Hey Tomato-Killer, are those supposed to be Kodamas in your avatar? :-)

Makkon: Ahhh ... thanks for your kind words. I do try my best :-)

tw13ve: Hadn't noticed it myself, but now you come to mention it, I do recognise a resemblance.

Spoiling your fun? Please *rolls eyes*

If you're going to mis-interpret what I say, then why shouldn't I put you straight?

Geez ... what's your problem? I said I liked them.
I also never said it was a Mario rip-off, you came to the conclusion all on your own. I simply meant their organic nature reminded me of Mario.

And quit the Nintendo bashing. You're no Shigeru Miyamoto yourself ;-)

I posted that almost a month ago ... I take it you never check your Profile Comments...

Tis a shame too. I still don't tire of Quake 3, four years on. It's very much an essential title :-P

Hehe ... very nice. I'm overwhealmed by the urge to play a certain Nintendo series ;-)

I'm not a huge fan of the Lithtech engines myself, however you're doing a fine job. Perhaps I'll even re-install the game itself ;-)

You mean the random logo loaded into the modDB header right? Any chance of letting us see it?

Pengus, come on. At least attempt to give some constructive criticism. What didn't you like? What would you like to see changed in future builds? Give them a little more curtiousy, please.

Ahhh ... Max Payne. I'm currently re-playing this, in anticipation of the sequel.

I am hoping that the modification potential is unlocked in the sequel (sadly I don't feel the toolset has currently been exploited to any great degree).

I love the concept, very original (we can only hope the gameplay matches up to this level). I do hope you have the motiviation to finish this, after all with all the positive feedback behind you, there is already a pretty big demand :-)

Wow ... impress stuff. You're a great asset to the Quake3 community, and indeed this mod deserves our undivided attention ;-)

Pfffft, as usual Discreet are the only one's getting attention from the gaming community at large. The entire 3D industry have been flogging their latest wares at Siggraph (it's basically the equivalent of E3 for the world of 3D computer graphics).

Now, I can't say I'm exciting about another, somewhat premature release of 3DS Max. Lightwave 8 is where all my attention is focused :-)

Right, so if you want me to do anything else PM me (or contact me via MSN). I'll get it back to you within a couple of days this time, don't have anything filling up my time ;-)

Okay, just checking, because I am only updated through modDB, and it seemed like you and jim_the_coder were doing everything. And yes it took me ages to send the fish model, but I'm rarely in contact with you. Also I started it at the end of term unfortunately, and had other commitments too. So what was a few hours work, dragged on and on ...

I vaguely recall this from a PC Gamer cover disc. From what I remember, it's a nice interactive compliment to the Half Life storyline. I'll either have to locate the disc or download it to jog my memory ;-)

Question ... are all the team actively contributing to your mod? Because that list seems pretty extensive!

Hello.

I just noticed that you have a Quake3 mod (Bystander) in your modWatch. Do you have the PC version yet ... because it'd be great to have a game if you do.

Ahhh ... good work. I'll have to re-install Jedi Knight 2 immediately.

This is very refreshing, to see a mod that takes advantage of the melee combat system already in place, to develop something within an entirely different environment altogether. Good stuff.

This should be a nice precursor to the film sequel, keep up the good work.

Now, while on the subject of the new film ... it's a shame about the fact that it's a low budget, straight to video affair. Though, with animation guru Phil Tippet behind it, can it really fail? I remain optimistic :-)
