-Status Report-
Installer hung for me during the "registering fonts" part of the installer.
I used Universal Extractor to extract the Exe to a folder, then i copied the mod data into a folder i made in the Half Life Directory "sdbc". Rebooted steam and was able to start the game, create a local server, and begin combat.
-Server should work-
Download Half Life Dedicated server, and run this mod as you would any other.
