I wouldn't be surprised if finally they don't even have mod tools in the making xD
Maybe they will work on it once the release comes out, who knows. I don't believe they are promoting their stuff like that. "Hey guys, mods will work! However, you will have to wait several months for that! Probably November 2016!"

Easily the best Stargate mod I played so far. I don't have the intention to offense other ones, but merging Homeworld2 and Stargate is without a doubt an unforgettable experience.
