Sooo... the connie has hope after all?

Guys I just stated a big reason for more larger ships, we are on the border / frontier of the federation, not so much Earth, Earth was only hit once in ST not constantly, which is why I find it more likely that maps are going to be more border orientated than Core orientated. Meaning bigger ships either way.

Geez you don't need to put in caps or put in poor English and act like I'm some sort of idiot, but I mentioned the Miranda, I believe the Constellation, Cheyenne, and Challenger are cruisers, also the Steam runner was only seen once that you can even name. The Federation used to have a Dreadnought class but it was scrapped and was only featured on one of the Nintendo games. If the Devs can go back and find that ship, than the Federation would be ALOT stronger. But I think that as you said Larger ships were common on the farther out areas and most maps are considered frontiers meaning they should have more capital ships.

I said they have Cruisers (Akira is a cruiser) but I don't remember there being too many Centaurs and before this mod I never saw a Steam Runner. Feds tend to have Large to Medium more than small to medium I think.

It doesn't seem star trek like to have more Romulan Capital ships, they always had one big ship like in Nemesis and a couple medium sized cruisers. But the Federation ALWAYS had capital ships. The only ships that I ever saw from the Feds that wasn't a capital ship was the Miranda class cruisers. Feds don't go smaller than a cruiser unless it's a Danube Runabout or a Shuttle.

Makes it an even bigger mystery... :)

Hey is there a way to defeat the Scimitar cause I got it down to 5000 HP and than all of a sudden BOOM back up to full health and Im left going, "WTF??" Ehhh... In Star Trek the Feds always win everyone else loses... SO giving the Feds immensely over powered ships just makes it feel more like Star Trek! :P

But it is damaged and goes on a planet killing spree and it is up to you to save the galaxy!!! :D No really thats actually a mission... props to Cryptic!

BUT WE COULD SAY, the Temporal guys decided that history had been tampered with and they sent the Enterprise NCC-1701 J back in time to fix things! They sent the Enterprise NCC-1701 NO LETTER back to stop time traveling Nazi dudes. :D

There weren't any active Mirandas... The Miranda Class is just as old as the Constitution Class.
