I began coding the Wolf3D engine back in 2005, and I have learned much since then, along with the new rebuilt engines (wolf4gw and wolf4sdl)i have been able to implement many more things that require a lot of memory to run (more that a small 640k engine). I hope to be a software engineer later in life (as a career). Now I've been working as an ASP.NET web developer for my college, learning all sorts of Internet-based languages.
Here's the source code. I felt it may help wolf3D modders see the clever things that have been done in here. Many were collaboration of the Wolf3D community...
Working on DOOM Legions Revisited, I found a few bugs in this game. The switches may not save correctly (not sure). Unfortunately, my fix may corrupt...
I fixed a few things in game, apply this to the existing 1.00, just a copy+paste.
Merry Christmas, and here is what you have been waiting for. I hope you enjoy. (EDIT: Version 1.02 here)
Fixes abnormally slow movement, no installer (which some older versions of Windows did not like, also the gun bobbing is a bit better now
At long last I finally get it out there, not really a big deal, i just kinda had it thrown on the back of my hard drive on my computer. I don't want it...
This is the 640k version of the the game. Version 1.02 Released March 18th, 2007. (Previous version didn't work, corrupt or not found).
