I have the same issues with the sound; it really put me off the rest of the game because I was missing what appears to be the whole reason to play.

"nothing to think on this mod" You are so very wrong. You can't just go willy nilly, saying 'LOL GUYS WE R GOIN 2 HAV SUM ALIENS FITE SOME HUMANS K?' We have to work out the details of the story, put what we imagine the aliens look like, behave like, etc. The same goes for the humans.
We can't work with nothing. Besides, do you want it done, or do you want it done right?
No, it's not dead. We're still in the very early planning stages; if you were a part of a mod, you'd know just how this goes. As for screenshots, we don't have any because we're still planning. We don't have anything in-game yet.
However, if you want some eye candy, head over to the site and grab the wallpapers in the Media section.
The Red alert: A Path Beyond team and the various contributors are really pushing the envelope with this mod. Honestly, the news here is only barely scratching the surface. They're acheiving what was once deemed impossible, and continue to do it everyday. I don't think any other mod is this dedicated and talented, even compared to the mods of "newer" and "better" games. Congratulations and thanks are in order; keep it up.
