Hey there! Is this still in development? Seems like it really hasn't been updated in years :( It was always looking super promising though!
Great looking stuff guys!! We need to catch up, this stuff looks really cool and I'm glad to see it still being worked on.
You need a Halo PC key. So yes, you should have the original Halo to install Halo: Custom Edition.
Start from the first Episode 2
Have you tried using the included DLL's or restarting from Lumoria_b.map (Episode 2 (|) in the UI)
Yes, but, you need Halo 1 PC for a pc code which is required to install Custom Edition.
Pretty much. You can play on easy as well if you'd like. easy = easy, heroic = hard, and legendary = impossible. Just type that command in the directions when you are in the UI and then load up one of the maps.
Glad you enjoyed it. :)
Sorry about replying late. But yeah, AA does that with Halo. You can use some other form of AA that does indeed work for Halo though, I'd have to look up how it works but I know it works with newer ATI cards.
Anyway, news + download on moddb is awaiting approval.
In your Halo Custom Edition shortcut, open its properties, and at the very end of the target link, add -console"
Should be done within a months time Id hope! No promises, but its almost there!
We will not be editing any first person animations other than the Fuel Rod's.
Command lists and lots of tweaking! You also have to edit the warthogs properties.
I don't think your going to find a link for it. We explicitly extracted it from the Halo 2 game itself to acquire it. If you'd like them I can send them to you.
I created a small revision of a track using the glue and made this a while ago: Lumoriace.com
It is called a glue track. There is about 6 different piece's we have of them located from Halo 2.
Like I said previously, use console and type map_name tmc_a
It's very much alive. There has been some news over at Halomaps but I haven't had the time to update Moddb, as it is not our official home. Expect some stuff by the 25th. (The 25th will mark a 1 year anniversary for the first release of EP1).
You probably typed it wrong. If your playing the orgigional, type: "map_name tmc_a". If its the fixed version, do "map_name tmc_A_fixed". Hope that helps.
Wouldn't the dogs easily see you, not to mention, smell you? Seems a bit illogical.
It's a custom level; you have to use console to load it:
In console type "map_name tmc_a" and hit enter.
This really isn't a stand alone game. Its more of an expansion, bringing more gameplay, art, and story into a good old game.
I can't guarantee a real longer episode, but I think it will still take a bit more time to complete. That being said, the map will also have much more replay value this time around.
my name is lucas =oo
Took them long enough.
Hate how all these indie fps games don't have a campaign... and when you go to play MP, nobody's playing.
The guys shooting lasers are Stalkers right? It'd be nice if their wasn't so many in such cramped spaces (with little cover), and so fast and deadly. They really are a bitch to kill, I eventually just turned on buddha to get past them.
Is there a reason that the E3 2003 map where the Strider blows up the walkway and the resistance running from it not in 1.5? Or is that level not complete?
Press the ~ key. If that dosen't do anything, it means you don't have console applied. To apply it, open the Halo Custom Edition shortcut and add -console" at the end of the target. Should work after that.
Did you follow the instructions in the read me file and/or the release news page?
