Okay i'm Something of an amateur composer myself. And i have to say i'm very impressed with this. The composition and the sonics are great. In particular i like the little industrial bassline synth with the step sequencer on the Cutoff at the start and all the little touches like that.

I'm also glad the composer maintained a good dynamic ranges. The quiet parts are quiet and the loud parts are loud. None of the usual blemishes from computer based production.

My main complaint would have to be that as a "theme" song. It doesn't have any particular theme or leitmotif i'd associate with it. You think of jurassic park, you have a melody in your head. You think of star wars, you have a melody in your head you associate with it. To me this sounds a lot like filmic background score rather than an overarching theme

It has nice themes but it's mixed and mastered very poorly. The snare is lost and too dry. And the entire thing isn't quite wet enough, and sounds like it's made with an older sample set. Giving it a "fake" sound.
