Hi all, I'm Tim and I'm designing and making website's as living and as hobby, besides that I make mods for command and conquer Generals Zero Hour those mods are, Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun Redux and Halo Evolutions. Recently I'm also working with Unity3D to make mobile browser pc/mac and xbox/ps3 games with it. The idea is not clear but it would come with its development I do already have a test map that could be use as one of the campaign missions but like I said the idea is just dark now and I'm also testing around with it, I do made it possible to get AI in my Unity3D game, but the Online Multiplayer isnt working correctly, need to know more just drop it on my wall/comment box and I'll answer it on your page, remember that if you reply to my comment on your page I wont see that you reply'd to me so be sure that you post it on my wall again, and if you want to make sure I do answer it the send me a PM. Your idea's are good and some of them are even we had a conversation about. I can say now that the paris class frigate and the sdv class corvette wont be in the mod since we are focusing on ground combat.

Starting a mod with no clue on what you are doing is hard, I know because I have followed that road, now I make 2 huge total conversation mods for the game CnC 3 Tib wars, this is because I know how to mod this game, and not a different one. THis is because each game have its own ways on how to change / adjust coding and to show your model in game, but thats not it. There is also rigging which comes in play, if you have people on your team that know the game rigging then modding go's allot easier but still got its challenges with it.

Best what you can do is to find out what you would like to do with your mod, and i'm not talking about what you want to change but on what you want to do. Example's like Texture work, Interface design, 3d modeling, animation, sound design, coder or any other role that needs to be filled and then slowly but surly get a team to get the workflow going, but keep in mind that modding can get boring because you are doing it in your spare time and people that are going to follow your mod are going to be really nicely said itchy if you dont update your mod often enough they think the mod is dead or that you are a lazy sack of sand that dont want to release the mod and keep it for your self.

But that is not what modding is about, you are making a mod to create something you think is fun to play and that is your main goal to keep a mod that is for you . Eventually modding is also a start of self teaching game development, most people here on moddb got a job and the company for the game they created or they started to create there own game with the Unreal engine, or Unity or anyother open source game engine.

yeah just like with tiberian dawn redux the original campaign will be included, the release will not contain all of the missions but some of them and with each update some balance issue's will be included and art and with some extra missions since scripting each mission takes allot of time and we dont have any mappers as of yet. but we hope that if we got our first beta out here that mappers would be available to re-create the campaign like it was in tiberian sun redux, ofcourse some things will not be available because of engine limit but we will find a way to go pass them.

Cracked versions have modified files that maybe cause the errors you are experience. Just like The Kraken said we dont support cracked versions or modified versions of the game. You can get the game on steam right here: Store.steampowered.com its currently 40 Euro's, if that is to much for you to pay then keep a eye out for the discount actions on steam. If you cant wait that long till the discount is available you can also get the game from Kinguin, Kinguin is a third party website where you can buy games for different platforms and with 1 buck extra you have protection to the game you bought. The amount are in euro's because I'm from the EU. We (363P) and Slugfest studios have 2 give away keys for the game on steam, when we are going to give them public is unknown and on which social media platform is also unknown so I suggest to follow Sins of the Prophets on Twitter and Facebook to see when the next give away happens.

I think next year at the end of 2017 but I wont make any promises I think the first release would be just replacements of the models with no damage state animations just so you guys have a feeling on what to get when the mid final product is released. during the development I keep the feedback in mind I get but I'll try to keep the build rate and cost as closed to the original tiberian sun game and its expansion and maybe work a little with the tiberian sun rising team so we both can release our mod but again no promisses with that. Coz a mod this big takes awhile and since we have most models done and textures it takes allot of time to export it to this engine. And the Nod faction have to be redone with its texture. the Generals version is outdated together with some GDI units which I have done most of them as you can see in the image gallery.

to tell you the truth I also cant wait to release it for you guys and get feedback this mod is one of the biggest next to Tiberian Sun Redux which I have done myself with code and ofcourse the art assets with the team I work with. Best crew I ever work with.

For a full release I dont know same with the Demo, there are still some art designs we have to finish and I'm on holiday for 2 weeks (this week is my last week) and then I have some time again to work on it. There is also some interface things we have to do and strings for buildings and units together with support powers.
