When i try to download this mod for the Origin version, it always does an error message. any help?

Im kinda confused with the installation instructions, Im using The Ultimate Collection on Origin, and when it says to ''or copy the game's directory,
rename it and unpack all the contents in the copied one.'' does it mean to Copy the Command and Conquer Red Alert II Folder???

whenever i try to install this mod a command box comes up and checks windows xp and then nothing happens
