A cool thing you could try do for the trenches is make it so you can interlock trenches without the walls cutting into each other. It'd be pretty sick because you'd be able to make more complex trench systems and have communication lines linking back to a reserve trench for example.

Is there a way you can use just the body stay thing? I wanted to use it for the WW1 mod.
Oh and i cant tell my squad to throw grenades either with the command mod and smoke from smoke grenades do not show up, nor does the grenade itself show up, but i can still hear it.

Hey Rendroc, me and my friend play this together on a VPN called evolve, so we play LAN coz the online dosent work. But any way, He is the host and hes got all the mutators enabled and everything, i made sure i had the same mutators enabled. But in game, the only mutators that worked for me were the server side ones like the increased players and increased time etc. For only me, none of the client side ones worked, like the FX mod or the body stay. Also, when i try throw a grenade, it does the animation, but nothing gets thrown and it dosent let me aim my gun any more.

Then you would have to node all the maps which im guessing, isn't an easy thing to do. But you can add bots if you want by enabling cheats on the console by typing "sv_cheats 1" and then i think its something like "addbot." Without the map being nodded though the bots just run in random directions like headless chickens. Bots are usually pretty stupid when it comes to most multiplier games because it saves time and effort i guess. And i dont think the ww1 source devs can afford using up their time on such things as they seem to be lugging along as they are already.
Will you need to get rid of the old version? Or does it just replace everything and its all sweet?
Good old Auzzy riflemen in a trench with the Vickers machine gun upgrade VS a German machine gun sharpshooter squad thats in the open. Auzzy riflemen get destroyed in a matter of seconds. ****ing Logic....
Is it racism, or do you just need to get rid of the machine gun sharpshooters? Im usually a nice reasonable person but this machine gun sharp shooter business done my head in. Sorry! other than that its a decent mod.

If i download this will i need the other versions as well and will i need to do the same for the real gun sounds?
doubt it mate, theyd have to node the map and bots are quite hard to deal with. also being a ww1 game it would be hard getting them to actualy charge or stay put in the trenches when appropriate. like theyd probly end up running around n crap
