Going to go ahead and assume you didn't look at everything they're putting into this one.
I'll go ahead and sum it up here:
More dynamic space battles
Prequel, Original, and Sequel trilogy eras
More in-depth splitscreen options
In-depth weapon, trooper, vehicle, and hero customization
3x more content than the first game at launch.
Granted, this is everything that should have been in the first game, but it's obvious at this point that their intention was to test the waters with the first game and really pull out the stops with this one.
Not even a May the Fourth update...
Just gonna leave this here for everyone to check out. There may be hope yet:
The new Battlefront 2's campaign is going to be focused on that exact thing.
First-person animations and model arm placement is wonky. Otherwise it looks pretty darn good.
Hey man, might I suggest your next map?
I knew tracking you as a creator was a good idea :) This sounds amazing.
The Trade Federation Battleship scenario is GORGEOUS! Where can I find others? The trailers made it look like there were a few already finished but all I have is the TFB one.
You know the rebels didn't use EL-16 rifles right? They used A280 rifles. EL-16 rifles are from The Force Awakens
I think that's the point :)
Alright man, I've just got to say that this is the most solid and creative mod for SWBF2 right now. The campaign alone is genius, and the voice acting is surprisingly good. My only complaint is that it might be a bit too difficult, particularly the part where you have to defend the cargo room. I get swarmed in seconds and they take the CP before I can even respawn. But other than that, simply incredible. The extra life pickups, the new sound effects and models, just everything. Super super high quality stuff. Looking forward to more from you dude. :)
Overall - 9/10, only because I've yet to beat the campaign. Maybe I just need to get gud lol.
The hair and face specifically.
Love it! It's really close to the reference model for your first time. :) Keep up the good work!
It appears Frontwire got in trouble with ModDB, or maybe even Disney, and the plug has been pulled. To be fair, they were using borrowed assets and I guess that violated someone's terms of service. Anyway, Galaxy in Turmoil has been shut down :(
Dude, I'm in love with TORfront, it seriously feels like I'm playing a third-person shooter version of SWTOR. The maps are incredible, and the actual soundtrack in the background, not to mention abilities (with their correct icons!) from the game, are awesome touches. I can't WAIT to see what else you come up with for this :D
Oh HECK yes, this looks INCREDIBLE! Tracking and downloading! :D
Loving how quickly you guys are putting this together :) Just make sure it's as clean-cut as you can make it!
This guy seems so high...
Looking forward to GiT :) It looks like it's about as close as we can get to BF3
How are they property of Disney if the game was shut down (2008) before the company purchase (2012)? It seems like abandonware to me. Disney doesn't have a right to something it never owned. Just trying to understand the situation.
So do you guys have any sort of roadmap or are you kind of just winging it at this point? Just interested in hearing your plan of attack cus I've got high hopes for this :)
Running animation seems a little... I don't know. Derpy? Like they sprained their ankle or something. Is this just a WIP animation?
Insta-track. So pumped about this! Hope it all goes smoothly :D
That's the dream :)
Never in my life have I wished more that I had an Xbox dev kit haha
Very very cool :D
"So?" Make your own damn loading screens lol. These aren't generic stock photos. You can't take someone else's work and put your project's name on it. Oh wait... Everyone's saying that. Even if you don't get in trouble for it legally, it makes you look sloppy and unprofessional and knowledgeable people won't take you seriously.
Good on ya, m8!
