"Greetings from Hell" I thought he said this was Europe, not New Jersey o.O
If you mean will it be able to interrupt neural signals to the spine and output them in a virtual world....I doubt it, but you never know :P As for a more feasible idea: A head mounted display, to see in the virtual world and combine it with some form of Neural Impulse Actuator (idk how to exactly describe it but look it up elsewhere) But we'll just have to wait and see
I hope that the children are in the game finally :D
I wouldn't say that, it was quite a bad game, but it didn't RUIN them as there are still lots of good ones being made, and it did nothing to set a "standard model" for free roam games. It's not like Slender, Slender has, for now indeed ruined the creature, barely anyone thinks he's scary anymore, and he is not intimidating. (Hopefully if Faceless does it right they can make him more than just some faceless guy who stands there, I saw they were giving him animation and tentacles/arms on the back so that's a good start)
Tl;DR free roam games haven't been ruined by DayZ, and hopefully Slenderman can be scary again, I hope :P
Might I suggest the STEM System? even if it's not perfect, it can take a lot of work from animation. (although the early ones of those aren't even shipping till july) Also check local universities perhaps willing to let people pay to use their equipment?
Dear lord, I saw the title and I thought you were cancelling this...why do you do this to my poor soul??
Will that background be included in the UI? owo
I may have misinterpreted your comment, but I just wanted to clarify in case: This isn't the pose for how The Being will be (if I remember right they're actually gonna have him move) This is the standard 'T' pose most models are in when they're being shown off, because it adequately shows majority of the model's details, however yes they are aware they have shoulders
Okay, so I just finished my basic training in the Prologue, and I noticed in the next room over a couple of gasmasked figures whose voices and personality seemed pretty familiar...I think I saw them in a hospital before.....Am I correct in assuming that? ;)
I finished playing, I just have one question, what was I supposed to do with the cabinet in the basement? It had a hand icon over it, but all I could find myself doing to it was to find that "This door has no handle" unless I picked something up without noticing
What you gonna do with all that junk? All that junk inside your drunk?
Are these statues? or do they move? or both? o.o (when you look away and back they're posed differently)
Me: *about to fall asleep* this..looks...so...cool z.z nice and surrea-*epic music starts* O__O HORY SHET!!!
If the final product turns out looking anything like the concept art....I'm just going to refer to the mutated dog as "Camel Dog" XD
"Grunts now keep an eye out for suspicious activity" *Slow Billy runs right past him*
It needs more variety, otherwise it will seem repetitive and take away from the game
At least put in an option to turn it off
Pretty good, I hope in game your eyes will adjust though
Go check out the "Raising the Bar" mod for half life 2 :) slow progress but seems like it'll be the real thing
wish i could follow them down, and play the unfinished version :/
Ironically, this has been the scariest Faceless post I've seen xD
I swear I was wearing pants before this video started o.o
*silently drops gun and leaves, while holding up middle finger*
