Withe the chest setup I think it could potentially be able to be turned into Random body display, if meloo used the regular methods or model development.. :P
All pie in the sky.. :P
Remember we have 3 random chests and several random shoulder pads as well as 2 kneepads per soldier. That means we have lots of room to expand at least in what relates to mordians, praetorians, priests, psykers and cadets (tallarn have several unique objects which will take these free slots and display their beauty).
