Interesting russ based vehicles, i do wonder why this HH vehicles seem sometimes more appropriate then their 40k equivalents.
That said, do you have any idea where a good skull object could be plundered to get something similar to these guys out:

A renegade champion conversion should do nicely for enforcers in terms of wargear except on the skull shaped helmet which i've tried to accomplish in the past without good results.
I feel like some khorne flakes. :P
