This mod isn't dead. It's alive, just talk to Shaviro or any of the other members that still sorta hang around on the DoomWorld forums.
They do have a projected time of release.

Looks awesome. Would be nice if bodies and bits stayed, though.
That's the only thing I didn't like about Doom 3 was the insta-gibbing and bodies burning up and disappearing.

I don't generally play isometric top down-style shooters these days. But this game has really caught my eye.
It looks to be turning out well with the high quality sprite art and animations. The animation has good momentum and the characters have weight. It is also very smooth. Plus I like the style.
The simulated lighting through stained glass door is a nice touch by the way.

Odd, I am stuck on GDI Campaign Mission 4: The Conversion.
I've gone and destroyed all the enemy GDI bases and destroyed all of the villages -- yet the mission has not ended at all.
Minus the small waves of Mammoths that spawn, the map is devoid of enemy and civilian units/buildings.
This mission bugged?
I think what he means is that you've typed sentences that don't % 100 make sense, for example. Just going to capitalize the errors.

Incorrect. GDI had VTOL aircraft (Orca). NOD had traditional rotor blade type aircraft (Apache).
To me, this mod feels like the "Black Mesa: Source" of the doom 3 community.
Aside from that, it looks great.
This mod is busted. Keeps giving me "WRONG DLL API" error no matter how I install it.
The repack by cverdzislav doesn't work either.

Must have been hard to say goodbye to some members. On the upside, glad to see this mod come alive with such a fantastic update.
I don't comment too often, but I have been watching this mod for some time now, and I am very impressed with the work that this team has put out so far. Most of the concept art is detailed and impressive, giving the viewer a very good indication of what the finished model is going to look like.
On the negative side, I only have one complaint:
1. Some of your english is kind of broken and can be hard to understand.
I hope you guys get someone to proof read all of your material prior to release of this mod.
Oh my god, Soldier Volkov and Chitkoi were my favourite units in RA. Such a badass pair of commando units.

I was looking forward to this mapset as well and in the end, the only thing I liked was the look of the maps. Gameplay was garbage though.
Hopefully it's been improved with the recent revamp.
