Q2LM was made for Doom 3 1.3 . You have 1.3.1 for sure.
Yeah, the polycount seems too perfect. Not too high but not to low like the Q1 ones. The animation makes them look a little unalive. If you want I can help a bit with some animations when I have time.

Hey, you plan for a update? Some release date speculation please? 2010 seems to be Doom 3 mod year with Hexen, Desolated, Ruiner maybe more coming. I'd really like to see it this year. :)
They released 2 asset packs. Maps but no working monsters.
Started out strong, got a team to help me, but I'm a little distracted atm. Hope it will not take long to get back.
It's hard to change a engine right in the middle of the development when you did so much SDK work (what's that :D) . UDK is alot easy to maneuver yes, and Doom 3 engine is underrated. *Sigh* If they could think bout what this engine can do.
Ima chose hard, its more completer and challengine.

Yeah, Source engine has a more bigger community but from what I've seen so far, ID Tech 4 has a smaller one but stronger. They added so many new things from HDR to Megatextures.
You hope too much I presume, each Gamemaker 3D engine game is simliar to this one, the models are stock from the engine. That's how I made my first game also but did not released it. Then I continued to FPS Creator then to ID Tech 4 (Doom 3) and I'm pretty pleased with my results.
My only complain is how the textures look so flat, are made by you or ripped from a Re-Texture Project of Wolf3D. Also the player model seems a bit strange but still awesome. If I knew how to map on Source I'd love to help ya guys . But, I'm no big HL2 fan, are you going to make it as a standalone game? I'm sure its not that hard, just replace with original game files .
Will the editor be able to make maps? I heard it's only for editing the existing ones with new enemies\architecture?
Does it really takes 6 months to animate the spider?
So it works without laggin even if there are lots of enemies? How'd you do that?
