Why did this mod die >_< , I'm looking at 10 Europeans playing this mod right now. I've downloaded versions 1.2, 1.2.1 and 1.3 but it says my client.dll differs from the server. Are they playing another mod of the game? If anyone knows of a current ToD community that is active please let me know. Post a link or message me on aim: JustInTheZone8x . This was the best HL1 mod EVER. I don't know why the dev team had to slack off. There would be 2,000 people playing right now if they reregistered their website(tourofdutymod.com) and made a new update that fixed the bugs. Maybe reskinned a few maps to make them look a little better and thats all they'd need to do. The game got good FPS, and had prefect gameplay. I looked up the IP of the server thats currently up and its in Amsterdam... I think someone is just hosting it on their PC but its still better than nothing. If anyone is every in IRC drop me a line in #Slaytanic a couple of the old {:SW:} members idle that channel.

this mod is going to be terrible, they don't even have all the original 007 weapons, and come on atleast make the Magnum a Magnum, not a Desert Eagle, i mean come on, we want to rejoice about many of our first ever First Person Shooters, I want to be reminded about how the autoaiming of Goldeneye on the n64 allowed me to pwn my friend who was in the vents of complex with a magnun and I doninated him with the pp7, i'd love to see exact weapon names, and relatively close weapon models, of course make them look good tho :-p
but good luck and i will support this mod for good or for worse.

its about time we see some detailed HL2 models instead of all the other models that looks as if they are between hl1 and hl2.
this mod is going to be insane, even though its jumping, idc what anyone says this is a must have if you want to hone ur abilities at gaming in general.

George Orwells book had monsters very similar to the ones above.. looks good, The Time Machine was the name of the book I believe. Really good book. Hope the mod is good too :D

Command And Conquer: Renegade was a POS, I hope this mod can do what they couldn't. This game looks great so far, all the models look like they came from the C&C game.

I have a feeling that this mod may sound good in text, but I dont think its going to go over too well. And quite frankly the website is horrible. This game seems like a pretty good copy off of Fable for Xbox, website is like a bad version of fables and story line is pretty much alike, but aren't all RPGs the same but with a diff characters :p

In order to play this on steam follor these instructions
Download the mod
install it to C:/SIERRA/Half-Life
then take the ToD folder and move it to
C:/Program Files/Steam/Steam Apps/Your Email/Half-Life
Yeah right now the game is a 1.5 copy over so you have to install like that, until they get the update :- WHICH WILL BE SOON!
Wow, this game is amazing, there is no other mod that comes close to it. Im very suprised that there are so few server/players. I really think everyone should check out this mod and play with there friends .
