You're right, I downloaded the SoC repack and the bar works fine now after transferring over my save. Great mod. I'm about to start heading towards the Brain Scorcher

linEmoguy, I had an issue like that back in Yantar/Lab X-16. The only fix I've found is to delete any saves one by one that have any messages in the console/log file like that "dbg: ABORT() called: Watchdog 100.Reason cn offline_alife chp7 esc_bandit_respawn_283"

Once you get to a save that doesn't have the issue (you will), you can continue playing from there without issue and get back to where you were. Never overwrite any of your saves! And I don't recommend loading autosaves, nor ever using quicksaves. For convenience, bring up the menu screen while in-game and tap the S key and it will save to a separate file every time. Keep all of them! I know it's tedious to have to do all this, but the only solution is to get rid of save files that have become corrupted.

"cl setDestroy" messages in the console/log file appear to be harmless, and I guess they might just be messages left by scripts that are running (deleting items from NPC inventories? I have no idea)

Try turning down your textures setting one notch. I was having the same problem with textures set to max. Not getting any stutters now.

Re-read the instructions. You're supposed to merge the bin folders, not replace it.

"Find the unique bodysuit" mission offered by Dr. Sakharov in Yantar is broken and causes saved games made with that task active to become un-loadable(CTD). Note that this issue is unrelated to problems caused by having too many tasks active in the PDA.

Some other missions offered by Sakharov are broken as well, such as some of the mutant parts missions which are unable to be completed even if the required item is in the inventory, but I do not know if those missions cause problems with saving as well.

Is the version of SoC you downloaded from Steam the English language one? I'm not sure if this mod works with a non-English SoC

I get the same BSOD. Only way I've found around it is to use -noprefetch and set objects and texture detail to the minimum before loading/starting a new game.

It's based on AMK, so it requires the 1.0004 patch.

The system.ltx file included with the "ZoA no contact beep" tweak is NOT compatible with patch 1.0005
