Why has this mod "ceased development"?

where are all the citizens at the plaza?

How would you even know that you have to shoot one one the windows to get to the other side? Im pretty sure no one would be able know that, and would end up wandering around trying to find something to unlock.

in my opinion this design (along with bloody cop) is a bit too cheap, i know its supposed to look cheap but its just so simple that it doesnt look very interesting. its basically a metro cop with one eye and that's it, and also some tape and bandages but those aren't very noticeable and just seems to blend with the model.

Do i really need to download the fix and enhancements addon for this mod to work or is that optional?

Question, i noticed that in the early trailers the main player was referred to as gordon freeman instead of adrian shephered. so this makes me wonder, was the decision of having adrian being the main player an idea that was decided from the start or was an afterthought?

If your gonna reply to someone's question about a certain game mechanic, you shouldn't just insult them and use that as an answer to their question when that is not even relevent to what theyr asking. Even if this is a joke its not exactly the answer i wanted.

there's something about the night vision thats confusing me, from what ive seen in playthroughs the night vision is green but in my case its red. is it supposed to be red or green? if green then why is mine red? is there something i did wrong?
