can't you based it from the intro? The one next to yuri telling him that dominator on Alcatraz island is not functional. this one looks like a poorly design superhero..
Umm, nothing else is directly based on RA2 Yuri's stuff, why would the Initiate be?

The sand people are easly startiled. but they will be back, and in far grater numbers too. lol it looks like a tuskan raider.
