i entered the dungeons with the key and when I went to the end of the hall and tried to open the door my character turned around and locked their eyesight on the monster's position. The monster didn't didn't even move and neither could I. was that the end of the demo?

What are the 3 finals? I only found two:

You die without the dagger at ogum summoning lair

You defeat the summoning and make it back home only to find it caught up with you in your own house

I couldn't find it!

I opened the .bat file with a script editor, then copied the part with the winters curse config info and pasted it into the launch options properties on steam!

it won't let me launch it from the .bat since I'm playing on a mac but I am using steam, so is there a launch options code?

it was a short path behind the neighbors fountain and when you reach the trees at the end of the path it finishes the story!
