Normals and specular maps are way too high, it looks wet

The textures look really poor, too noisy, non realistic but its wip. But the model look cool, id like to see some normal maps on them

the anathomy is nowhere right, but i like the skin shader as this is the pure propouse of this image i think, you are making really nice progress guys

Model looks really good, and so do the normal maps, however the texture is just too noisy and grunged, tone down the grunge, it spoils the look of the model

My only advice would be to play around with the color correction, its way to heavy on sephia

What 3d base did you use for your engine or you written it by yourself as well?
I relly like the hud overhaul and grapics work around, looks much better now

Awsome artist you have on your team, enviorements are really awsome, the only thing i didnt like was the trees on the first snow map, they look really low quality compared to the rest
