I agree what SPTX said.. Release the source codes and the community will eventually start hosting their own servers and continue the project where it was left on. I really want/wanted to see how FOnline: 2238 would look on the 3D era. I wish you guys good luck with your lives, over and out!

Pretty much, but as we shared the same common enemy.. Soviet Union. We really didn't have a problem about committing alliance. Still we didn't have a choice to make, since Germany already had invaded Denmark and Norway (Sweden maintained neutrality, somehow..) and the next target would have been Finland, but as we had the same enemy and we were framed as northern enemy forces to Allies.. There was no problem about making a few friends and attack The Soviet Union at the same time.
It really makes sense that Finland allied with the Axis forces. After all, Finland made a short agreement with the Nazi Germany that we would help them invade the Red Russia. They delivered us supplies, gave us hardware and men to fight along with. At that time Finland was officially at war against the Allied forces, because Soviet Union had set up a scenario where we had our artillery firing to their borders. (This was a hoax, and complete ******** just to make an excuse and to justify the war against Finland it was admitted later after the war.) The invasion of Soviet Russia didn't end as it should have, and Finland was forced to make a choice between peace (by ending our friendship with the Nazi Germany) and invasion of Finland. Finland chose peace, and Nazis were forced to leave. During their retreat they set Lapland on fire. BUT, if the cards were different and the invasion was successful and alternatively most of the Allied military operations that decided the tides of war were failures and Axis had the control of the war.. Then this all could have made sense. Sorry for a long post, I am scholar of history. Great progress on this mod, can't wait the first public release candidate.

Can't even describe how awesome it is to hear Type O Negative's 'Love You To Death' after the long years of listening to this band. Peter's death hit me harder than Kurt Cobain's or Jeff Hannemans's.. This trailer however was more than awesome back in 1997, thanks for recreating it with the twisted thrill of TON and the sound of thrusting old rusty pitchfork. If only Monolith would have done the same as the 3D Realms did.. To have released the goddamn source code. We would have various of ports by now. But.. This definitely will do, good work guys. It's been rough 2 years since the latest update release (until now, though.) Great work! I hardly can believe that this mod is over 5 years old. I used to spend time playing this during my upper-school years. Awesome stuff.

Wow, I really like how you guys GREATLY improved the effects from the vanilla. I mean, I shat my pants when I ordered a squad of GDI peacekeepers to shoot an NOD flamethrower unit. The man exploded with a bursting flame ball igniting everything around it. Causing 2 of his mates to burn and making a huge forest fire revealing the hidden positions of NOD infantry underneath the bushes and trees. For short, Twisted Insurrection is rated A for Awesome. Ps. I haven't tried the multiplayer yet, but may I ask can you play it with teams, like 2 vs. 2 (Me and friend vs. 2 players) or (Me and friend vs. 2 CPU) or (Me and CPU vs. Friend and CPU)?
