Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

I must admit that in my opinion, MW2 was better than BO2 and MW3, but I can't seem to put my finger on why. It's the general feel of it, I guess. I must also admit that I particularly enjoyed, though, how your actions in SP have an effect on the ending, and Menendez has to be my favorite antagonist in the series. Or at least in CoD's 4-9.

But what if they are resisant too EMP weapons just think about it the mod takes place in the late 2040's and the early 2050's maybe the USA has managed to build drones that are resisant too EMP weaponry now ever thought of that

I have sought the new screenshots on facebook and their are pretty good and it shows the theam's dedication for their creation and the team professional apptitude.
Just wanting to point out that this screenshot includes the Vanguard, the two drones from the previous update and one drone which hasn't been officially shown yet.

Not going to happen. There is more to RTS faction design than replicating military inventory lists from Wikipedia and the current five factions cover all the major RTS playstyles as well as all the major powers of the mod's setting.
