This was absolutely a delight to play! I thoroughly enjoyed all of the new assets of the game, definitely a creative and fun custom story.

An absolutely epic successor to Destiny Rebellion, Umbakarna delivers once again a stunning mod with brand new mechanics and highly immersive worlds.
This full-conversion mod takes the player into the future and the past, into darkness and into light, and between new and old characters. Plot in of itself shows great continuity from its predecessor, with a great ending.
The mod contains lots of custom content, including new monsters, art, loading screens, entities, and characters. This mod also contains great voice acting that fit well with the story.
Sidequests were also brought back into the mod, something I enjoyed from Destiny Rebellion. They were all really great and fun.
All in all, this mod is incredible and absolutely should be played by Amnesia lovers.

It looked very promising- the design, lighting and structure was beautiful. However, there were glaring holes in grammar (English version) that broke the immersion into the story line. Also, there were no decent monster encounters, the scares were cheap, and really, this had nothing to do with Christmas at all. The story line itself didn't even make much sense, since it mentions an abandoned house many times but we never see it. Once we go all this way for a tinderbox, we finally get a lantern, but there's no way to come back if you decided to go to the second bonus room. Unless, of course, you use the debug tool to teleport yourself back. There should be a way to either keep the door opened or create a rondevue path to lead you back to the first area. Speaking of bonus rooms, there isn't much point in them, as they give you no prizes and leave your health and sanity worse than before. I tried really hard to like this mod but I just couldn't. I hope the next mod the author puts out will be better.

Absolutely terrifying and incredible- everything a custom story should be. Lots of elements from other games brought in as well- imaginative and just amazing! Can't wait to see more!

Beautiful level design- elements from both Amnesia games included and integrated beautifully. Monster is awesomely horrifying. Beautiful sound track, great voice acting. A couple very minor bugs but all in all fantastic.

Beautiful custom story with a fresh new approach. There are a few bugs but otherwise it was incredible. Tons of new content allows the imagination to flow beyond the dark stone hallways of the original Amnesia.
