How can anyone teach you anything if you don't have time to learn? Also modding is different for every game, so you'd have to look up how to mod your specific game. You should take the time to learn how to use image editing software/3D modelling software for basic modding though.

I feel that it might be the angle/gear contributing to that

I feel like some of those idle animations might be a bit distracting. Also, for the reload animations for the assault rifle and shotgun specifically, the new ammo goes in way too easily, if you understand what I mean.

Otherwise, animations look pretty good.
