The liquid physics are magnitudes better than Minecraft, however, one thing that concerns me is the lack of any hydrostatic pressure. If you build two columns next to each other, fill one with water, and open a hole between them at the bottom, the height of both water columns don't equalize as they should. The empty column just fills to the top of the hole. I have no idea how hard it might be to implement hydrostatic pressure, but it would make the simulation significantly more realistic.
