Actually yes, mainly cause I focus more on handing out orders than fighting from the front. And it was a siege, so I don't send my troops in until all my guys are out of ammo. I just noticed that nearly none of my top tier archers had more than 30 shoots, while most of the previous archer tiers seemed to have more than twice as much. Except for the one tier that I gave a shield to. I'm not arguing the validity of what you're saying, I'm merely noting my own terrible luck in this instance. Still I thank you for the earlier explanation. Also this reply is late because I lost internet for a while so more bad luck...

I do not quite understand why such a thing occurs, it's so convoluted. So basically, you're saying that my top tier archers simply luck out of using two sets of arrows? When two of my previous tiers seem to always have both sets of arrows. The hell kinda luck is that? So I should just stick every type of arrow on them to slightly increase the chances of them having two sets. I feel like pulling my hair out now, guess I'll have to make do.

So I posted a comment on the files page. But since it's been a day and it's not been answered I'll ask it here. The merc units, while great, have a slight issue. My best archer unit, the Hired Sharpshooter basically, isn't using all his weapon slots. To be more specific I gave him a bow, two sets of arrows, and a sword, but he's not using both sets of arrows. Two of the previous units in the same line also have two sets of arrows, but they actually use both sets. So they have basically 80-84 arrows, and this archer was suppose to have 60-64 of the better arrows, but is only using one set. I've put in about 5 to 10 mins swapping things around to figure out why. I may put in more time later, but I did want to know if there's any explanation that someone can give me to speed this up.

So I like the custom merc units. The only problem I have, and want to know why this is, is that my most elite archer unit, despite having multiple sets of arrows on him, uses only one. I don't know I've tried swapping bows, melee weapons, and arrows around. He still only uses one set of arrows, despite being having another slot open for another set. I mean an earlier archer unit uses both sets of arrows I gave him, for a total of 84 arrows. However the most elite one won't equip more than one set, it's a bit annoying, and for the moment I've stopped trying to figure it out.

So do you think you'll be resuming development on this anytime soon? I mainly ask cause between base game, Age of the Ring, and Edain, each have their perks, and issues. I understand why Angmar isn't a faction in AotR, that said it was my favorite faction in both base game and Edain. And while Edain is good, I do like the detail in AotR better. So it's a toss up for me which one to use most of the time. Also I do at times play the base game, so I'd really like for it to not look so bad graphically when I do.

I've not had that issue when playing the game (plenty of other errors but that one I cannot remember having), I doubt it's a problem with the map. Also sorry it took me so long to check my own map's page (I got caught up watching anime, and work).

So I got a new PC recently, so I have to re-download mods and games, and I have a bit of an issue. So I downloaded the 3.4 demo from here, and tried to extract it, however according to the security system I have for my PC, it says that the exe file has adware on it, now I played Edain on my old PC, and it didn't seem to have any sort of issues (or at least new issues) when I downloaded Edain, it also didn't have any actual virus protection aside from what came with it (so basically nothing). I like Edain, and want to play it on my new PC, but I am unsure about it. I'd like some other opinions, cause I want to play Edain, I just don't want to potential risk my new PC (I don't think Edain will harm it, but I spent a fair bit of money on my PC, and don't currently have enough extra hard drives to back-up everything I have, so I am slightly paranoid about such things).

That sounds great, and I have noticed various different installation porcesses, some are exes some are rars, a fair few are meant to overwrite the original files, and some don't. I found a few mod managers but I can't really say that they're that good since the mods are so varied. I do like that your mod works like an expansion, I like playing many different mods, sometimes it's Edain, other times Botta, and a few newer mods I find that seem fairly good (like yours). I myself do make some slight modifications to most of the games I play (the hardest thing I've found is modding Mount and Blade, that module system is not kind if you spend a couple years away from it), but I mostly make maps, mainly fortresses.

So a couple of questions, firstly it says in the summary that you intend on having this mod (or intend to have a similar mod), for both bfme 2 and rotwk, is this correct? Secondly, I am trying to find a decent mod manager, or the like because there's a few mods that I like and I'd rather not either uninstall and reinstall, or make multiple copies of all the game files. Is there a mod manager that would be useful to use for this, or should I just stick to making a copy of my files for each mod. Aside from these questions, I like the look of this mod, so keep up the good work.

Finding the guild master can be annoying at times, but it's nice to see a bunch of people wandering about. Although I do have a question, how many companions are in the game? I don't really need to know their locations I just want to know how many, this way I can keep track of how many more I need to find.

Right then, that works, I suppose I should always check the other pages then, but to be fair I wasn't wrong when picking to start in Echigo, just needed a different city. Thanks for the assist, I really wouldn't want to ignore this mod just cause that encounter is bugged when playing as a Daimyo.

So I've played this mod for a while, and quite frankly it's my favorite, even beats out Gekokujo for me (though that's only slightly, cause I really love Japanese culture, and Gekokujo is a great mod). I like seeing new scenes, new items, new world, and the mod is plenty fine as is. If you're going to add anything in than maybe the create cities and castles mod, maybe the option to have children, not sure if we need more faces but it'd be nice if there was more, but it's really not a big issue. We probably don't need any more factions, my factions screen is quite full when I go in to view it.

I will say that I recently found a great mod that lets you make your own custom troops and troop trees, I think it's a must, kinda like diplomacy's a must, I like the factions already in the game, they are unique and powerful in their own ways (my favorite is the elves, maybe also the Zann, but that's just me). However when I make my own kingdom, I just want it to feel like it's truly mine, like I determined how it is my soldiers are equipped, and this feature will give people the option to create their own factions with their own feel. This is probably the only thing I really want to see implemented into Perisno, and then maybe making sure that Perisno comes to Bannerlord once it's been released, cause after I am done with vanilla Bannerlord I'm gonna want to play some good mods, and Perisno is easily one of the best out there. Though I also know that it would take a while to make such a mod, and you do have to have your fun with Bannerlord before going about making a version of Perisno for it.
I know that none of the things I've said need to be considered, after all Perisno is a great mod without them, I would just think that they would improve Perisno a little bit (though again the only one I'm big on wanting a lot is the Custom Troop Trees, I have spent way too much time away from modding M&B so I cannot remember which way is up in the module system, and I've never used mod merger before, never thought I needed to).

I will contain my anger at the comment (mostly cause I believe people are entitled to their opinions even if I think they tend to show a lack of intelligence with their wording), have you seen good anime, cause I think good anime tends to be better than anything else on TV (but that's just my opinion). However my love for Japanese culture does extend past anime, and I personally like how informative this dev blog is about combat, Bushido is a rather elegant and generally honorable way. I tend to favor Kenjutsu (specifically Iaijutsu is my favorite), or Kyujutsu.

Specifics of it, in case you were wondering, start up game select start new game, choose male clan leader, choose Uesugi, applied 3 points into strength, and 3 in charisma, make ironflesh, power strike, and power draw 3, and weapon master 1, put all proficiency points into two-handed, named character Dr, and selected Niigata in Echigo to go to. Spawn in house of scene, cannot slip out of house before my guards, doesn't matter if I kill the bandit or they do, novice fighter spawns and then gets killed, stuck sitting there until I restart game.

So firstly when playing the mod, all it's loading screens are Shogun 2, it makes me really wanna play Shogun 2 (that's good or bad depending on how you look at it). Secondly, when playing as a Clan leader to start, the first scene with the bandit in the alley is bugged. My guards kill the bandit, than a novice fighter pops up randomly, he then dies, and I sit there for about ten minutes before having to do my switch user to get out of a fullscreen game trick (cause the home button doesn't work and neither does starting task manager, happens when loading a crashed warhammer too). So yeah it's kinda bad when I cannot start as a Daimyo in this mod.

I have updated the map, so if you have the old version than you should download the updated one (you will know because the new one is Nivarium Maps V2), it has 2 extra map versions 1v5, and 2v5, as well as some fixes and added standard ring drop gollum scenario. I used Gimp but I did follow the tutorials I read but they were all for photoshop, and no matter what I did it ended up as either a brown square, or a grey-scale minimap. I am annoyed a little bit about not being able to make it the right shade but I'm not too worried about it, since none of the player colors blend in with it. I'm more worried if there is any big problems with the map itself, I did test it constantly and didn't have any problems with it, so it should work but this is the first map I've uploaded to moddb.

Damn (that one word that says it all), I live in the ******* mountains and my stuff is quicker, you either are cursed by the internet, or have some form of bad luck. Although I did loss the ability to hear anything from my computer since my headphones broke, some games it's easy to coup with and just work around, others it's a bitch of a handicap.

Oh and also there are some script errors, whenever a rebellion happens something (like the town knuton or the foreign soldiers that were in my party get their name changed to the current date, hell the leader of the rebellion name is the date it occurs).

A lot of textures for armors and such are either missing or fail to load, also what are those control setting abilities, shield bash, spear brace, battle first aid, etc. This is my first go at this mod, but I have played plenty others like Perisno, P.O.P., Genkujo, this mod is very ambitious but seems to need some smoothing out.
