This a very fantastic mod ! Very honestly, I don't really find anything wrond in this mod (Once patched) if you want to play on sandbox. This mod is also a very good tool for people who want to put addons in it (Like, real missions) I'm interested to see if anybody will start add missions in it !
Great mod, too bad we absolutely need the steam version to make it work ! I still have my old CD and I can't play this mod because it is Steam Only !
I don't really anything bad to say about this mod : It's just the cherry on a sundae ! The weapons are perfect, the climate is perfect, the small graphics improvment are perfect ! Everything's perfect here ! I will install everytime I'll install CoP !
Probably, one of the most original DX's mod that has been made.
First I liked was the new skill points system and reorganization of it, which simplifies it but also add several new features, robotic system for example. Secondly, the new loot system, which gives a real fresh air compared to all other mods who kept old way of DX1 (Even TNM). The story is very good, I really enjoyed the fact about Magnus. And let's not forget about the omar, adding interest to the mod. The new graphics system is addicting and really adds a lot to the mood of the game.
The only flaw I found was the fact that is mod is way too short and maybe a little hard at the beginning.
Otherwise, this mod is a must for any real DX Fan. At this point, I consider it as a "Alternate past" of DX.
Even though we've seen somekind of distortion with the first and second DX:HR, is the best of the trilogy (Some 1st episode's fan will hate me for this but I don't care and I STILL love the first), the hacking system is great and even got back to the System Shock 2's Hacking Systen (Let's reminds that SS2 is the true root of DX), now we can do a REAL experience of infiltrarion with the third person view. And now everything can bring EXP points, they didn't brought back the skill system but on the contrary they improved the augs system really far from what I could imagine first. The map system was a great idea. The only few little flaws was for me the A.I., the bosses fights wasn't a bad idea but not ideal for a DX game and the dialogues (well the social system is good but the conversations on the first time surprised me a little) but over that the awesomeness makes me forget the little flaws of the game. Deus Ex : Human Revolution got the official Liquidus Wolf's Stamp of Awesomeness!
A very nice "Remake" (Inspired a lot by old NES's Classic Blaster Master). We don't really see those a lot of games in the area as this one these days and this one owes a great 10/10
