Even if it wasn't finished the Open Beta was cool and original, but the Private Beta was wonderful: you were able to pop the vehicule you want. Feel like the original Interstate 76 when you choose mounted arsenal

I like the Is82 for bf42 but here... It is something way different with reallistic scenery and almost real vehicule handling (Thanks BF2), you were also able to ram loudely a Phaedra Coupe by a Moth Truck... Ouch!
The objects, effects designed are beautiful! You can't avoid the crapy interface of BF2 but here it is so nicely inspired by i76, InGame menu were awesome.
My only complain was the bug in AI script about 15 mins. I dunno anything in BF2 coding I would have helped if so :s

Seems that the dev team have splited more than once, explaining the absence of recent release.
I hope one day, we can have an i76 release with the quality level of FH2

If you don't run BF2 in windowed mode you can't see the error box
(but sometime it's just a random error :)

Then its depends of your country. In Europe many Eastern players. But for french players (What I know) you need to wait for afternoons or evenings. Some mods are down yes, It's not HL2.
Only big projects are still alive (less than 10 I think, most about war) but when you see the late mods work it's awesome!

The only thing wrong in BF2 is physics during motion. ie causing fixed carrier

Funny thing is with Desura I've got 1 setting of keys, and video. But with Bf2 launched then switch from list I got another one. I've noticed that Desura's FH2 is FAR way FASTER for loading profile! BTW i think Desura's one is not the same processus/program, cause I've tweaked my video settings (for n vidia in n vidia panel) by program (ike disabling AA, optimising there...)

Damn! When I get inside the Typhoon I could feel like P.H. Clostermann, a early war french pilot in FFL.
I read his book Le Grand Cirque... FH2 is so beautiful, feel so true... You feel the Typhoon chapter (in easy flight yes ;)
