Rafiky96 The one that sak123 put, but I'll just explain here. right click on the game on steam and then click properties. After that a little window opens and one of the options on the top should say betas. Click on that and then there should be a little drop down tab that should say something along the lines of keep up to date, click that then hit downgrade to previous version. Mine downgraded to 3.260 I think so I had to go to the mod folder and open the Mod.info thing and change the version. But just try launching the game after you downgrade and see if that fixes it. It'll look like it's redownloading the game after you downgrade so just let it do it's thing then launch. I'm not on my pc right now so I might have missed something but hopefully my memory serves correct.
nahuelx10 yeah, it can be confusing at first but the way I figure stuff like this out is just start pressing some **** and it'll eventually fix itself. More often than not that works. xD

Rafiky96 Not from a non steam version... xD seriously, I hate this name, I made it when I was still 17 and fresh out of high school when force awakens was barely coming out. Everytime I login I just cringe. lol

Got it fixed everyone! Just downgrade to previous version on steam and just change the update version on the Mod.info thingy. If your not sure what that is just ask me about it.

Great, I felt like playing gaw again but it kept crashing. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled and a new update for gaw came out and I was like Oh goody!! Played it all day yesterday only for the new update to wreck the game again today... *Sigh* Now I know why I stopped playing this game but.... I'm going to downgrade my version see if that fixes it. Anywho its been a while so, congrats on new update dev team! xD

Hey looks like you changed a couple of things. haven't been playing mowas2 in a while. I've been playing arma 3 with the star wars opposition mod but my pc can't handle huge battles on that game so I had to play with only a platoon vs a platoon. It's a great mod but its missing a lot of vehicle assets and i'm itching for some bigger battles so i'm bout to download this and give gaw another go.

Sorry if this has already been asked and call me out if this is a stupid question but Can I play this mod in multiplayer with bots? Been kinda bored in the editor and I'm no good at making missions anyway so I just wanted to know if it was possible before I throw 10 bucks down on the airborne dlc. Anywho thanks for ur time. :)

well for me it seems to be for all vehicles (I tried with AAT.)but at the time I made a clone vs stormtrooper/walker assault scenario and the clones refused to fire at the AT-AT. But I played around a little with it today and it seems if I put all bazookers on bombardment order they will continue to fire even if the vehicle is destroyed or until I give them another order. Otherwise I would have to use direct control one at a time. So a bombardment order is sorta like a fix but they still won't automatically engage on sight.

for some reason my rocket troops still don't engage vehicles. (Just noticed today.) They will actively seek them out and get in range and point their bazookas at them but will never actually pull the trigger. Anyone else experiencing this?

ok cool I can deal with that in the meantime. Its just I was playing 0.2 this whole time cuz of the bugs in 0.3 now I can play with the newer cleaner textured units from 0.3 Thanks man! :D

do the HE round from tanks cause "Explosions" cuz it would do damage in 0.3 version of the mod but the grass just moved around it and the units died. :P

Am I able to play interchanging factions with this mod? For example Empire Vs. Republic or CIS Vs Rebels? And where can i get Homeworld 2 on steam? I might get it if this mod looks interesting. :P Been watching several vids.

ok so go to the main directory of the mod most likely this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Men of War Assault Squad 2\mods\Star Wars - Galaxy At War 0.2

there should be something that says mod, open that with notepad and the way I do it is where it says MinGameVersion put "3.260.0" in place of whatever number it has then on MaxGameVersion put "3.265.0" in place of that number under the max version. close the note pad and save of course then try opening the game and activating the mod. The current game version of mowas2 is 3.260.0 so whenever the game updates try this method and put the actual version of the game under the MinGameVersion and just add 5 under MaxGameVersion so you don't have to update every single time but every two updates or so. Hope this helps! :)

Can't wait for this mod so I can do some crazy stuff like have my Clone troopers fight the Covenant alongside the UNSC. I already have my Clones fighting the ultranationalist from the Modern Warfare mod. I just hope it will be compatible.:P

I like Battlefront, but then again I paid $30 including the season pass with the purchase on a black friday sale so I dont feel totally burned. Then again I just love anything star wars! XD Tho I wish it had more content and an actual campaign! It will never be as good as battlefronts 1 and especially 2 tho but thats just my personal opinion. (Please don't hurt me for liking ea's battlefront ppl! XD)

I played this mod for a long time. over a year since I first downloaded it now and just recently every single time I try to save in galactic conquest it crashes. I tried all my other mods and they save just fine expect RAW. I played several gc's and just now its happening. I even deleted all raw files and downloaded it again and still crashes. usually just downloading a new copy works just fine but now im just dumbfounded, kinda frustrated actually. anyone know whats goin on?

what I usually do is set the ai to never retreat and retreat ratio 0 and advance ratio up to anywhere between 6-10. They will still go prone but have less care for cover and will focus on overwhelming the enemy more, tho their not totally void of cover. Hopefully this will help give the droids in your scenarios a more "robot like" feel. :)

Ok it looks like its coming from tank HE rounds only. Grenades, Tank AP Rounds and everything else looks fine but all tank HE rounds just fire and flutter the grass around it and dissappear. Troops still die but no explosion.And vehicles are also not engaging one another. :P

First off everything is AWESOME!! Lovin the new stuff but theres one thing i have to address. Theres no explosions anymore! :( I know its not a big deal to some people but it just kills the immersion in my battles. When a tank fires an HE round it just shakes the grass around it and everyone falls down. Any chance this can be fixed in the near future? Anyway keep up the great work lovin the new version! :D

Theres a mandator? The best republic ship ive seen was the justice class and never once have the empire used the bellator. I would rather they use those then the executor that thing can focus fire on four ships and the starbase at once! But nah imma check to see if the mandator is in game and if so i'll give the empire a piece of my mind. XD

Is there anyway to get rid of the executioner super star destroyer for the empire? Everytime I play the game im in an epic drawn out space battle with the republic and empire then all of a sudden here she comes!! and im like Oh ****! time to go!! rush their starbase!! It's ridiculous it should at least be a hero or something I can disable. Dont get me wrong this is an awesome mod! It's just that one ship I can't stand!! lol and while im asking any chance the separatist can get a huge buff in starfighter capacity? like the empire maybe? Anyway keep it up guys! :D
